PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Independent Consultant (1994 - present)

Trained and certified reading, learning and adult learning specialist providing educational consulting: learning

assistance to medical students and professionals, correlating educational materials, advising on the use of proper

materials and integrated learning systems, analyzing, editing, and matching materials to grade level,

managing/expanding non-traditional educational programs, educating high-risk individuals, and improving

literacy in children and adults. Create original text to supplement book series and learning systems. Present

webinars on various aspects of human research protections.

Washington University School of Medicine St. Louis, MO

Education Specialist and IRB Professional (5/01 - present)

Develop, implement, manage, and execute an education program that allows University staff, students, committee

members and investigators to keep abreast of changing regulations and facilitates the acceptance and management

of human subjects protocols. Instruct individuals in various aspects of human subjects research including ethics,
