It has been 4 months since I graduated from the State University of New York @ New Paltz with my Master of Science in Education. I am currently gardening and looking for a permanent position as a Reading Teacher. I am trained in diagnostic prescriptive teaching techniques as well as multisensory education. My teaching philosophy supports a highly individualized instructional program that serves academic intervention goals for struggling readers, nonmainstream learners, and unconventional learning styles. I have been a volunteer international exchange coordinator for several years and look forward to an opportunity to teach outside of the United States before chose a location to earn my tenure. My goals include publishing the many children's books I've authored and illustrated and earning my PhD in Education.
